Design Documentation
I develop comprehensive plans, elevations, and specification documents that translate initial design concepts into precise guidelines for construction and design process.
Phase 3
Construction period
I collaborate with tradesmen to execute design plans and oversee project progress, ensuring alignment with the original design intent. This includes providing detailed 3D renderings, technical specifications, precise measurements, material selections, and colour schemes.
Phase 4
Furnishing and instalment arrangement
I curate, organize, and coordinate the delivery of fittings and furniture, ensuring a seamless completion of your space.e.
Conceptual development
Design Work
Site Consultation – Conduct an on-site visit to assess the existing dwelling as part of the design process.
Space Planning Concept Development – Develop functional and aesthetic layoutstailored to the client’s needs.
Preliminary Design Concepts – Create and present initial design ideas, including recommendations for finishes, fixtures, and fittings using mood boards and physical samples
3D Renders – Provide rendered visuals upon request to enhance design communication and facilitate instructions for trades.
Product & Sample Procurement – Source and order samples and selected products on behalf of the client.
Project Coordination – Manage email correspondence, calls, and office-based tasks, as well as liaising with tradesmen on-site to review specifications and ensure design accuracy.
